Scarelight is a Power Metal Band from Thessaloniki, Greece’s second largest city.
Scarelight was formed in 2020 by Jimmy Santrazami-EX Emerald Sun’s vocalist – lyricist and composer of the albums:
- “The story begins” released by Encore label in 2005,
- “Escape from twilight” released in 2007 by LMP limp music products (Germany)
As lyricist and composer for the album
- “Regeneration” released in 2011 by Pitch black records (Cyprus)
Jimmy Santrazami, as told by many webzine and magazine reviews from all around the world, is a melodic power metal singer that sounds like Michael Kiske almost down to every detail. He is also a very good and hard working lyricist and composer, and has a lot of experience in live shows supporting many bands such as Edguy, Manowar, Epica, Rhapsody, Omen and Cynic. Plus, at the third online Heavy Metal Eurovision Song contest with participants from over 40 countries. Emerald Sun finished second with the song Scream out loud (a jimmy santrazami’s composition)
In September 2022 Jimmy Santrazami, after a lot of musician auditions, he completed the band’s line up and started composing songs for Scarelight’s debut album, which it will be ready for production soon.
